SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 147 "An Act                                                                               
relating to the Board of Public Accountancy; relating to the licensure                                                          
of public accountants; and relating to the practice of public                                                                   
accounting" was read the second time.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
